In 2023, I arrived at a new workplace and soon after, was tasked with redesigning its brand. SteegeThomson was a trusted leader in nonprofit marketing & communications with nearly four decades of awards to its name. Now, under new leadership and with a renewed focus on visual design, ST needed a user-friendly, contemporary rebrand to match.
Taking into account the agency’s long history of writing and PR expertise, plus its misson to showcase client-branded work, I set about creating a scalable and typography-forward logo package and identity system. Joined by a spring-green accent color and crisp layout system, the new logos provide both structure and charm to ST’s documents and website. The branding is fueled by a lively conversation between rounded and square, sans and serif, light and dark, old and new. In an age when familiarity and freshness hold equal sway, SteegeThomson promises: we see all sides of your story, and it’s safe in our capable hands.
